M.A.C. Press Kit
One of the required courses for PR students at Auburn is Writing for Public Relations. The final project in that course is a mock press kit. I chose to do my press kit on a mock charity event for M.A.C. cosmetics, a company well known for its work with AIDS victims around the world. Included in my press kit is a table of contents, a fact sheet, a feature story, two press releases, two broadcast releases, three photos with captions, an opinion editorial and a pitch letter. I have included all of these here.
